Engineered fire performance

FireMaster® Fusion™ is a high-performance, flexible fire‑resistant duct wrap system engineered to deliver proven fire protection for ventilation, smoke extraction and kitchen extract ductwork where space, access and installation speed are critical. A slim, single‑layer solution delivering up to 2 and 4 hours fire resistance, FireMaster Fusion provides proven fire performance with significantly less thickness and weight than conventional board or multi‑layer systems.
FireMaster Fusion delivers dependable fire protection using a unique, patented composite construction. High‑temperature ceramic fibre insulation, ceramic paper and a flexible endothermic core are fully encapsulated in a reinforced aluminium foil facing. Under fire exposure, the core reacts and case‑hardens to form a solid protective surround, maintaining stability, integrity and insulation for the required fire duration.
