세라믹 섬유로 제작된 Board와 Shape제품은 백업(back-up) 단열재로 사용되거나 버너 주변, 로 내 고온 부분의 내화단열 시스템으로 뜨거운
표면에 사용하도록 제조됩니다.

Morgan의 세라믹Board 및 Shape은 3가지 사용등급의 제품을 생산하고 있습니다. 따라서 고객의 선택범위가 넓다는 장점이 있습니다. 또한 Morgan은 시장에서 요구하는 일반적인 형태와 크기,모양으로 제공됩니다. 추가로 고객맞춤 요청이 있을 때, 요구조건에 맞는 정확한
형식으로도 생산해냅니다.

  • Alkaline Earth Silicate Fibre (AES):
    • Superwool Plus classification temperature of 1200°C (2192°F)
    • Superwool Prime classification temperature of 1300°C (2372°F)
• Refractory Ceramic Fibres:
  • Kaowool^® classification temperature of 1260°C (2300°F)
  • Cerablanket^® classification temperature of 1315°C (2400°F)
