Textiles
Kao-Tex™ textile products are made from highly textured forms of various fibres.
Morgan Thermal Ceramics textile products are manufactured under our brand name Kao-Tex™ and are made from highly textured forms of various fibres. Each of our Kao-Tex products is specifically designed and developed with temperature use limits from 538°C to 1370°C (1000°F to 2500°F) for thermal protection in low, medium, and high-temperature ranges.
Our Kao-Tex™ range is available in organic-free styles, is available in roll forms, is easy to fabricate and is offered with specalised coatings. They provide a range of benefits such as excellent thermal protection, abrasive resistance, asbestos free, heat resistant and chemically resistant to most elements.
Kao-Tex™ products are available in a range of forms such as yarn, cloth, high density and low density cable rope, rope lagging, twisted rope, webbing and ladder tape.
We work with our customers to custom engineer thermal systems developed to specific specification by fabrication with other Morgan Thermal Ceramics insulating products. Each can be designed for folding, wrapping, and conforming to a limitless variety of shapes and sizes.
