Morgan Thermal ceramics ladle liners have been implemented successfully in a variety of refractory applications. Utilising BTU-BLOCK™ and Min-K® materials, our ladle lining products offer exceptional performance and properties such as thermal efficiency, low shrinkage, high compressive strength and excellent durability.
It is by combining these properties with the flexibility needed for efficient installation that we are able to deliver ladle lining solutions that are cost effective, without sacrificing performance. This flexibility is achieved through using a parallel stitched pattern which ensure effective core distribution. Ladle liners are available as large sheet sizes and in a variety of hydrophobic grades for cast-in-place applications.
