Morgan Thermal Ceramics laminated high temperature insulation board provides excellent compressive strength combined with low weight and thermal conductivity. However, whilst the thermal properties of BTU-BLOCK™ and Min-K® insulation are excellent, it is the machineability of our high temperature insulation board that makes it an attractive proposition.
The insulation board can be machined and shaped with standard cutting tools, meaning that is can be fabricated on-site, considerably improving installation times and subsequently reducing costs. Installation processes are further improved due to the high temperature laminating cloth which coats both sides of the board which reduces dust during cutting.
