Our Superwool® Fibre papers are uniquely designed from patented Superwool® Fibre bulk and organic binders in a unique paper making process and provide stability and resistance to chemical attack. Exceptions include hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and strong alkalies (i.e. NaOH, KOH). Our Superwool® Fibre papers are unaffected by incidental spills of oil or water and their thermal and physical properties are restored after drying.

This product range features low biopersistence, excellent tensile strengths, high insulating values at high temperatures, they are immune to thermal shock and have and outstanding handling characteristics. They can be die-cut and will conform easily to complex shapes. Morgan Thermal Ceramics’ Superwool® Fibre Flex-Wrap uses a unique paper making process which uses a blend of Superwool® high purity fibres and organic binders.

The main benefit of this is that offgassing is at a minimum due to its low organic binder content. This specialty paper is noted for its excellent flexibility, outstanding handling characteristics, and high insulating value at high temperatures.

Superwool® Fibre paper typical applications include:
